"Explorando Culturas II" is a compilation of real life stories and interviews written by Modern Languages and Culture students from Universidad del Norte and published by Editorial Uninorte. As a class project for my Editorial Design course, I illustrated and laid out the chapter "La identidad transgénero vivida en el contexto colombiano" in book format. Through the color palette, graphic elements and illustration style I intended to represent the story's theme in a heartwarming and emotive way, dignifying the accomplishments and struggles trans folks go through during their journey.
